It is truly an honor and privilege to serve as the Building Administrator of Norman S. Weir School. As we begin this exciting new chapter together, I look forward to a year filled with growth, achievement, meaningful connections, and countless moments of success for our students.

At Norman S. Weir, our students are at the heart of everything we do. We recognize that every child has unique strengths, needs, and abilities, and we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every student has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. This important work cannot be done alone. I am proud to work alongside a dedicated team of teachers, specialists, therapists, paraprofessionals, support staff, and families who share a common purpose: to meet our students where they are, celebrate every step forward, and help them reach their fullest potential.
